Cami, November 2006

Cami (aka "Rainy") as a baby (on right)

From a velvety red puppy Cami has wonderfully matured into a well muscled dark fawn beauty, exemplifying the breed standard. Her nearly black eyes are a quality passed down by her dam Cara, and by breeding Cami to Ben, puppies' eyes should all be this dark as well.
(many fawns can have 'bird of prey' light-coloured gold eyes, a fault in the breed standard). Kaboom has never produced a dog with bird-of-prey eye colouring.

Kaboom's Benjamin Brat (aka Ben)

Ben has an exceptional head structure and wide, close bite. He also has a beautiful arch to his neck, a lovely trait sought by breeders. Boxers are often too under-shot or have wry (twisted) mouths (a breed fault) and have short bull-dog necks.

The rest of him is nice too! Ben finished his championship quickly, with many comments from judges and breeders that he is an exquisite example of correct Boxer type.

Cami, November 2006 (2.5 yrs old)

CHILLIWACK BC, 2004:
Ben won Winners Male from the Bred By Exhibitor class, over 21 males!

Judge: Mr. John Ross. Handled by Joanne. Ben's first 5 points!

Ben also won 6 out of 6 Bred By Exhibitor classes at the Renaissance shows and Boxer Specialties in Chilliwack BC, as well as Reserve Winners Male at the Canadian National!

It was a fabulous weekend!

Cami, November 2006

Cami has never been vaccinated, Ben was vaccinated with puppy shots only, and the litter will be raised on raw food. Owners can choose to vaccinate their puppies if they so desire, after sufficient research on the pros and cons of vaccines.
